Introducing SilverAspen Growth

A dedicated experience that turns everyday growth conversations into real workforce signals.

We're introducing SilverAspen Growth, a focused product experience that brings structured 1-on-1 conversations, skill development, and SilverAspen's signal infrastructure together to help managers, employees, and organizations operate with more clarity, continuity, and confidence.

Growth conversations already happen across organizations every week. They are where real skills surface, goals evolve, and risks appear early. Yet most of this signal is lost, fragmented across notes, calendars, and memory. SilverAspen Growth is designed to capture that signal as it happens—without adding reporting burden or changing how people work.

SilverAspen Growth builds on strong privacy, security, and data control principles, with additional safeguards designed specifically for sensitive workforce and development data. Outcomes from growth conversations can be securely stored, aggregated, and used with consent—helping managers run better 1-on-1s today while creating long-term visibility for organizations and portability for talent.

A dedicated growth experience

Today, growth information is scattered across documents, HR systems, meeting notes, and individual memory. Managers spend time preparing for conversations instead of having them. Employees repeat context. Leadership relies on incomplete, lagging indicators.

SilverAspen Growth brings structure and continuity to growth conversations by design. Managers enter each 1-on-1 with immediate access to prior context, agreed goals, progress, and follow-ups. Conversations are guided, not scripted—allowing teams to focus on development rather than administration.

Over time, these conversations generate consistent, high-quality signals about skills, progress, and capabilities—grounded in real work, not self-reported profiles or one-off assessments.

Designed to support growth, not surveillance

SilverAspen Growth is not performance management.
It is not employee monitoring.
It is not designed to replace human judgment.

The system exists to support growth conversations, reduce cognitive load for managers, and preserve continuity for employees. Aggregated organizational signals emerge only from repeated, voluntary usage—not from additional reporting requirements.

Employee data is handled with clear boundaries and consent. Growth outcomes can be stored in a talent-controlled data vault, allowing individuals to retain their development history across managers and, over time, across organizations—without exposing private context or raw conversations.

Built with managers, for managers

SilverAspen Growth was shaped in close collaboration with managers across different organization sizes and industries. The focus was deliberate: reduce preparation time, eliminate memory loss between meetings, and help managers show up consistently for their teams.

Managers using early versions of the product reported:

  • Less time spent preparing for 1-on-1s
  • Clearer follow-through on goals and commitments
  • Improved trust and continuity with their teams
  • Greater confidence heading into reviews and skip-level conversations

The product is intentionally narrow in scope. Its purpose is not to do everything, but to do one thing well: make growth conversations repeatable, reliable, and meaningful.

Privacy and security by design

Workforce development data is deeply personal. SilverAspen Growth is built with layered protections designed to keep growth conversations secure and appropriately isolated.

  • Conversations and data are encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Growth data is separated from other organizational systems by default
  • Aggregated signals are derived without exposing individual conversations
  • Talent-controlled data can be reviewed, exported, or revoked with consent

SilverAspen Growth is designed so that trust is earned through structure, not promises.
